1) Who we are (Personal Information Controller)

Yngen Datacom Corp. is the Personal Information Controller for personal information collected through this Website.

A. You provide via “Connect” or other forms: name (e.g., first name), email address, phone number (if provided), message/inquiry content and anything you include. If we enable appointment booking, we may also collect scheduling details (preferred time, service, contact details).

B. Collected automatically when you browse (for security/operation): IP address and approximate location (from IP) to protect the site (firewall/bot protection), detect abuse, and route content; device/browser info (OS, browser type/version) to secure and ensure site compatibility; pages visited, time spent, referring page, basic interactions to monitor performance/uptime and investigate issues; security/access logs to detect and prevent abuse/attacks. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3) Why we collect (purposes) and legal basis

We process personal information only for legitimate purposes and on a lawful basis (consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity, or legal obligations, as applicable): respond to your inquiries/requests and follow up if needed; provide information about our services when requested; maintain and protect the Website (security, fraud/bot detection, uptime, troubleshooting); comply with laws, regulations, lawful orders, and enforce our rights.

 

4) Disclosure/sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed with: service providers (hosting, security/CDN, form processing, website plugins); professional advisers (legal, audit, IT/security); government/regulators when required by law.

Cloudflare (security and content delivery); WordPress/Elementor and related plugins (including forms); CookieYes (consent banner). These providers may process technical info (IP, device/browser data, page URLs). Their privacy policies may also apply.
