Job Summary:

Yngen Datacom Corp. is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and ensure that client concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Spanish and English
  • Assist clients with account information, product details, and service-related questions
  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex concerns
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service quality
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including customer satisfactionresponse time, and resolution rate

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (BPO/CSR setting preferred)
  • Familiarity with WordPress is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in web design or web hosting or CSS, Java and HTML is a mus
